Yes, the London series is not finished yet

The one thing I like about London is that it's great for people watching
A photographer friend moved to London because "there's always something happening"

I saw this travelling band while walking along Oxford Street one day

They were playing drums and some other ethnic instruments
I don't quite know what they were doing there
but it was fun while they passed through
and they loved the attention

this is not a person, but it's representative of British culture
which is all about pubs and beer
My boss frequently buys us a round of beer after work, as a way to "bond"
a lot of the RA meetings i go to involve pub-hopping
It's just as well that my previous job had taught me to drink moderately

ဒီနုိင္ငံမွာ ေျပးၾကည့္မွ ဒီနွစ္ေယာက္ပဲ ရွိတယ္
ဒီမွာ အလုပ္ရတဲ့အခ်ိန္ သူကလဲ MBA လာတက္တာနဲ႔ တုိက္ဆုိင္ေတာ့ အေဖာ္ရေနတယ္

အစပုိင္းမွာ လူေတြက အတဲြလားထင္ေပမယ့္ ေနာက္ေတာ့လဲ ေမာင္နွမလုိခင္မွန္း သေဘာေပါက္သြားတယ္
စကၤာပူမွာ တရုတ္လုိ တူတူေျပာခဲတဲ့ႏွစ္ေယာက္ (သူက ဘုရားစူးတရုတ္ပါ).. အခုေတာ့ အတင္းခ်ခ်င္တုိင္း တရုတ္လုိ ေျပာပါတယ္
တျမိဳ႔ဆီမွာ ေနေတာ့ အပါတ္တုိင္း ဖုန္းဆက္ၿပီး အတင္းခ်ၾကပါတယ္
အဓိကကေတာ့ ဒီနုိင္ငံကလူေတြ အၿငီးသန္ၿပီး ေလ့က်င့္ခန္းမလုပ္ပဲ အစားလဲမဆင္ျခင္ပဲ ပိန္ခ်င္တဲ့အေၾကာင္းပါ ဘာလုိ႔မပိန္ရတာလဲဆုိၿပီး လူတကာကုိ ေလွ်ာက္ျပသနာရွာတဲ့အေၾကာင္းပါ

သူငယ္ခ်င္းနွစ္ေယာက္က ဆန္႔က်င္ဖက္..
သူက ေယာကၤ်ားေလးေပမယ့္ ရႈိးမ်ားတယ္.. ျမိဳ႔ျပမွၾကိဳက္တယ္ .. ပဲသိပ္ေပးပါတယ္
ကုိယ္က မိန္းကေလးေပမယ့္ အလွျပင္ခဲတယ္.. ေတာမွာေပ်ာ္တယ္.. ဓာတ္ပုံရုိက္ခံရမွာ ေသမေလာက္ေၾကာက္တယ္

When he first accommpanied me to Loughborough (as a porter ;P), we saw some cows on the way
and I got so excited (because i haven't seen a cow since i left burma!!), I woke him up on the coach and told him
"Look! Cows!"
He gave me a resigned look and went back to sleep
