Lazy weekend in the South

We met up for breakfast at Patisserie Valerie on the Saturday (before Brighton)
Poached eggs with Salmon on Toast, Tuna Sandwich set, Smoked Salmon & Cream Cheese on Bagel
I loved the relaxed feel; just the fact that I was on a vacation
and that there was no need for me to gulp down a glass of grapefruit juice and a microwaved curry puff in 30 seconds

In Brighton flea market, the weather was perfect for an icecream
somehow, my friends were so fat conscious they chose to eat yoghurt
I went along with their choice because I couldn't be bothered to que!
Plain yoghurt with Honey comb bits! I loved it!!! (Hand model- Ah Hui)

We were informed that Brighton was great for fish & chips (duh!)
So we got ourselves some at the Weatherspoon's (a chain pub) at Brighton Marina

We sat outside in the sun, on a deck overlooking the dock
as we were waiting for food, i saw a flower bush hanging over the water

Ah Hui bought two half pints of beer to try
He was through less than half of the first glass when he said he was done
I had to go buy him a large pepsi cola so he could hydrate himself
failure...
harharhar!

We got back to London.. at 9 plus
We each went back to our rooms, dropped our bags, and came out again for dinner
It was past ten when we got to China town (yes, again)
We ended up at a Shanghainese restaurant which served us Sichuan food
As usual, we left the ordering to Ah Hui; I don't care what I ate
Cold tofu & century egg in chilli oil, brinjal, long beans, spicy stir-fried chicken, cold sliced pork in garlic chilli oil
သူငယ္ခ်င္းက နင္ဒီေရာက္မွ အစပ္စားနုိင္တယ္ဆုိၿပီး အံ့ၾသတယ္.. ပါးစပ္က နုိင္တယ္.. ဗုိက္ကေတာ့.. အဟတ္

After that meal, we wanted to wind Ah Hui up so Roger took him to KuKlub
We told him that we were not leaving until he finished a pint of beer
I didn't drink a single drop..

It was so funny to see Ah Hui being so uncomfortable around gay men
for me, it makes no difference; they're only human..
I got used to them ever since dealing with lady boys in my previous job
In fact, I feel safe around them.. because I know they'd look after me

People there must have thought I was a fag hag..
this young gay boy repeatedly tried to dance with me;
I wasn't quite in the mood after the super spicy dinner

It was an experience in itself catching a late bus back in London
I'd never done that before

Sunday lunch was hotpot buffet(a-la-carte) at the Ikku-something place in China Town
One of the items on the list was salmon sashimi; can't rem what the other was

We were all rather weak from last night's culinary adventures
so for the two soups, we chose herbal and pork rib .. haha!
We started eating at 2 and didn't finish til 4
The visitor paid for most of our meals because he was feeling flush from fat commissions

Our little break ended with a some coffee and juice at the Cafe Ritazza at Paddington station
It was 5pm in the afternoon, and I had just enough time to go back,
grab my luggage and get to Victoria for the coach home

အခုေတာ့ ကုိယ္ခ်စ္ခင္တဲ့လူေတြနဲ႔ ဆုံတုိင္း အမွတ္တရေတြကုိ မွတ္တမ္းတင္ေနခ်င္မိတယ္
အဲ့ဒီအေပ်ာ္ေတြက တစ္ခါပဲ ရနိုင္တယ္ဆုိတာ သိသြားၿပီ
