I'm not a city person
but here's what I got of Belfast
Belfast downtown with the clocktower
it's not my photo; it really is leaning slightly to the right

the lift structure in Victoria Square which goes up to the glass 'dome'
where you can have a panoramic view of Belfast City

The dome wasn't great for picture taking
so I took a picture of Tim instead
Some where behind him (below) is the shipyard where the Titanic was built
And right behind him is one of the hills which flank the city

A random wall decoration in Victoria Square

In one of the walkways, two young guys try to busk with their guitars
Unfortunately, their singing was as bad as mine
Poor chaps
But .. how lucky to have time to while away chasing an unlikely dream..

On the first floor, House of Fraser was running a fashion show
It was obviously not very organised
Because the girls were really not quite in sync

I took this picture because it just made me think of Ascot Ladies Day
of course, it's too sedate to be worn by anyone other than Queen Mother

Speaking of it, I don't know if I should go for it
The photo opportunities would be fantastic..
but the price and the fact that I have to look ultra feminine are not
and here is my favourite photo in Victoria Sq
It was just very heartwarming to watch this cutie pie toddle towards the bear
and give him a hug the way only a small child could
She really made my day
:)
