Christina decided that she needed to buy winter bedding and spring bulbs
and that made me happy cos it means more flowers!
the garden centre is in Rothley, and we had to pass through the villages of Quorn and Montsorrel
All these villages are part of Charnwood Borough .. of which Loughborough is the main town..
it's all a bit confusing but charming
anyway, when i say villages, it actually means that they have richer inhabitants and bigger houses .. and hence, a smaller population
!!!!
anyway... i have forgotten the names of the flowers..
but they're all pretty and they make nice pictures

these berries have a funny name.. i've forgotten it.. but it starts with G
finally, something i can identify.. it's a rose
but it's not any other rose though.. i think it's called an english rose
and a butterfly!
i was really disappointed that now was a bad time for planting..
i wanted to try vegetables and flowers etc etc.. but none of them were suitable for now
in the end, i got a bird feeding kit and enough bird feed to last at least 3 months, a carrot cake (which got us through long days), and a poetry book..
oh oh.. some tulip bulbs as well and a kacang mix ..
