Making paper socks @ Incheon

there was a long que at the check-in counter
(and the flight was not available for self check-in and web check-in didn't work)
(that was the only negative thing about korean air)
but it was eventually quite fast and painless
so i had 90 minutes to kill before the boarding gate even opened
i started walking in the opposite direction of my gate
and found a shop which sold korean traditional instruments and jewelry
there was a sign that said 'Free Event'
turned out that we could all make our own little mobile phone accessories
using tradition Han paper

I got a lesson on how it's done
she thought i was a photog
yeay!!

i felt like 5.. but it was fun
in between, a girl chatted to me about studying/working opportunities in the UK
and i gave her my namecard cos she reminded me of my youngest cousin..

at that point, i had just 30 minutes before my flight

my finished product...

i gave it to a child i met
and the big smile made my day
