Let it snow.. not

The Siberian Snap started last thursday..
It snowed all over the UK ( I think ).. and temperatures dropped to as low as minus 7
i'm caught in a vicious cycle of cough, sore throat, and runny nose

on sunday, P came rushing in when i was cleaning the kitchen
and showed me this -
our neighbours (students) had built a snow sofa in front of our house

i love soft fresh snow
but absolutely abhor having to skate on ice everyday to work
on the bus to Notts yesterday, a lady told me how she was walking her granddaughter to school
and fell down and hurt her head.. and how blood was gushing out and terried the little granddaughter

i just want the sun to come out and melt all that snow
so i can stop being terrified of slipping on ice
